We called over the manager during dinner to have him go back to the kitchen and tell the chef that the eggplant dish was the absolute best we have ever had, just sensational. Also very friendly and personable server, as was the manager. Also nice touch offering excellent chocolate chip cookies upon arrival.

Breakfast & breakfast staff were wonderful. Front desk staff great. Hotel is huge & beautiful. Spa area & Pool & Gym excellent . Water park & arcade great !!! Dinner was great too. Only problem was not enough front door to lobby parking . Everything else was a 10 !

Good location for a Halloween in Salem. Close to plenty of restaurants, and shops. But out of the way enough for a quiet stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the rooms had decent sound blocking, we barely noticed any noise from other guests.

Breakfast was really good buffet style 15 pp imI think kids should have been free. Room was clean minus a red spot that could have been blood on the mattress. The staff responded very fast when i called about it.

The breakfast was great. Oat milk was available, and we had plenty of choices. The kids really liked the area, and it was close to several things we wanted to do that weekend. All in all, we are very satisfied.
